Anticipation is building as Sempra Homes prepares to launch the first phase of its highly anticipated development, Ghyllgrove Place, in Basildon on Saturday 12th October. The new development will feature 34 brand-new, high-quality homes available through shared ownership and private sale.
To celebrate this significant milestone, the Deputy Leader of Basildon Council, Cllr Adele Brown, visited the development and officially cut a ribbon on the newly completed show home. The visit highlighted the progress being made towards delivering much-needed housing to the area and further cementing Sempra Homes’ commitment to provide high quality and sustainable developments.
Each home is designed to meet and exceed national space standards, offering generous living space for both work and leisure. All properties feature private gardens and allocated parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle charging points. Inside, the homes come fully equipped with energy-efficient appliances.

The development will feature six, four-bedroom properties, along with 24, three bedroom and four, two bedroom homes. 24 of the homes will be offered for private sale while the remaining 10 will be available on a shared ownership basis.
