Sempra Homes is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Wilkinson as Non-Executive Director. Robert brings a wealth of strategic experience and industry expertise to the role, having previously served as Managing Director for both Countryside Properties and, more recently, at Stonebond Properties.
Robert joined Countryside in 2012 as a Senior Development Manager overseeing public procurement and working closely with strategic partners and community groups on major regeneration projects across East London and Essex. His promotion to Managing Director in 2017 saw him lead transformative urban developments, including Beam Park in Rainham. With a background in banking and finance and a strong passion for ensuring local communities are fully integrated into regeneration processes, Robert’s experience will be invaluable in his new role at Sempra Homes.
