Jack, a resident from Basildon, started his career with Sempra Homes in October 2018, joining straight from school. Since then, he has steadily built an impressive track record, working on various Sempra Homes and Basildon Council sites. Currently working on the Ganels Road development, creating 10 new homes. With multiple completed apprenticeships, including Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships in Carpentry and Joinery, under his belt and plans to explore supervisory schemes, Jack’s journey highlights the value of hands-on learning combined with formal education.
